Meet the Director
Phillip Wilmot brings extensive experience in clinical engineering, medical equipment service management, sales leadership, and industry development. His career includes hands-on technical roles, operational management, and strategic involvement within professional associations.
Phillip has served in leadership roles within CEASA (Clinical Engineering Association of South Africa) and has actively contributed to EXCO teams and technical management structures across the country. His passion for people, industry growth, and professional integrity forms the foundation of ClinMed Consulting’s approach.
His goal is simple: to help organisations build strong, capable teams and make informed decisions that strengthen their operations.
